60' Waterfront Lot or 120' in Waterfront Lots with House for sale in Florida

  1. This 60'0" x 115'0" waterfront lot is zoned for single family housing and has a Banyan tree, a new seawall, a presently unused in-ground 20'x30' swimming pool (approximate dimensions), some concrete pathways and an absolutely incredible view.

  2. You can also purchase the adjoining property which will give you an additional 60 feet of waterfront for a total of 120 feet.  This adjoining property has a house with 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, a 1-car garage and a 40' pier.  The house can be upgraded to live in or be demolished to enable a larger house to be built on this &/or the adjoining property.

  3. The house next door to this lot and the adjoining property is also up for sale (via Bank Foreclosure) and if you also buy it, you will get an additional 60 feet of waterfront for a total of 180 feet.  Purchasing of all three properties will give you; 3 adjoining waterfront lots containing 2 houses.

  4. Any new construction will have to adhere to Pinellas County standards for waterfront locations, which usually means that the ground floor of the new house will usually contain a garage, stairs, laundry room and/or a storage site.  (I.E. non-living quarters).

  5. Existing remodeling is Grandfathered in and usually does not present any building code issues.

  6. A one-half mile walk to a private park; with a private parking lot for town residents, shower and access to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

  7. The Gulf of Mexico is an approximate three mile boat ride, via the Intercoastal Waterway.

  8. Waterfront view faces SouthEast, which means the hot afternoon summer sun becomes a non-issue for most backyard activities.

  9. Redington Beach is one of only two gulf front cottage communities in Pinellas County.  The single family zoning can only be changed by town referendum.

  10. Why pay for or rent a boat slip across town when you can own your own water-front property with your own boat dock?

  11. All the web page links above should answer most if not all of your questions!

A Million Dollar Waterfront View for less than half the price

Was $499,000 / Reduced to $449,000 [for the 60' lot]

From this lot, you have a direct view of the Intercoastal Waterway and Madeira Beach including the 150th Avenue Bridge (aka known as the Tom Stuart Causeway).  The view is even more impressive from a second story.  With a straight waterfront lot like this, you will never be encroached by a neighbor's pier or boat.
